SHIPPING INFORMATION

All parcels are shipped from Athens, Greece by Hellenic Post (ELTA) as Registered International Mail, Signature Required.  
You gonna receive your order by your National Post Provider.
I always provide you a tracking number.
Shipping cost to each country, is calculated during checkout.
 
Processing Time:
The majority of my items is "made to order".
Since all my items are completely handmade, stitch by stitch, by myself alone, it takes me some time ...
Current processing time is 5-8 business days.
Hard Covers may need up to 2 weeks.
"Ready to ship" items are dispatched within 2 business days.

I will do my best to send your order the soonest possible and I will let you know immediately that I have sent it.

Estimated shipping times after dispatching:
Europe: 5 - 10 business days (except Spain and Italy. Those counties offten requires up to 20 business days).
United States: 5 - 15 business days.
Australia: 10 - 25 business days.
Canada : 10 - 30 business days.
Elsewhere globally: 10 - 45 business days.
☞ Please allow extra time for the shipment during peak seasons for the Posts like Christmas & holidays.
 
Please, note:
  • The option of online tracking affter leaving Greece, depends on your National Post Provider.
  • I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
  • I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Please feel free to contact me with any questions you have before making a purchase.
Above all else I want you to be satisfied with our transaction. 
 

Returns Accepted: 
Just contact me within 3 days of receiving your package and then mail your return within 14 days with proof of shipment.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requests can be made within 12 hours of purchase. After that, it is likely your order has already is in processing mode.
 
Non-Returnable Items:
I cannot accept returns for custom orders, personalized items, clearance items or pieces which show signs of use. 
 
Conditions of Return:
Your refund will be issued after we receive your return.
Original shipping and return shipping costs are your responsibility as the buyer.
I do not issue refunds on items that are returned without prior authorization, or on items that are not returned in the same condition in which they were shipped.

PRIVACY

I will only use your shipping and billing address and contact information to communicate with you about your order and fulfill it.
