All parcels are shipped from Athens, Greece, by Hellenic Post (ELTA) as Registered mail Signature Required except those send to UK, Germany and Canada, where they may be shipped by International Tracked Mail (non sign for).
You will receive your order by your National Post Provider.
I always provide you a tracking number.
Shipping cost to each country, is calculated during checkout.
If you need an EXPRESS shipping service, please contact me first to provide you a quote.
Production time needed:
The majority of my items is "made to order".
Since all my items are completely handmade, stitch by stitch, by myself alone, it takes me some time ...
At the moment the majority of "made to order" items, are scheduled to dispatch up to 3-5 business days after purchase.
Hard Covers and Boxes, may need up to 2 weeks.
